No surprises
Exactly how the trial works
Days 1–14
Full host access from the first minute. Stripe collects your card when you start the trial but charges nothing. Run as many games as you like.
Day 15
The first $9.99 is charged, then monthly on the same date. One price, one period — there is no annual plan and no per-player fee.
If you cancel
Cancel from Settings in two taps. Host access runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the account becomes a free player account. Your sessions, stats and leaderboards stay put.

The ones people actually ask
Does everyone at the table need to pay?
No. One host subscription covers the whole home game. Every player joins free, logs their own buy-ins and cash-outs, and keeps their stats for as long as they want them.
Do I need a card to start the host trial?
Yes. The 14-day host trial runs through Stripe Checkout, which collects card details up front and charges nothing until day 15. Cancel before then and you're not billed.
Creating a normal player account never asks for a card.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep host access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops back to a free player account. Your sessions, stats and leaderboards stay where they are — your players can still see their history.
Is there an annual plan or a discount?
Not right now. There's one price, billed monthly at $9.99, cancel any time. If an annual option would suit your game better, email pokersesh@gmail.com — that feedback genuinely decides what gets built.
Who handles my card details?
Stripe. Card numbers never touch Poker Sesh servers, and subscription management (updating a card, cancelling) happens in Stripe's own billing portal.
