1. What Poker Sesh does

Poker Sesh helps people record poker sessions, home-game attendance, results and statistics. It is a recordkeeping tool. Poker Sesh does not operate a gambling game, accept wagers, hold player stakes or process payments between players. Recorded buy-ins, cash-outs and balances are entries supplied by users, not transfers made by Poker Sesh.

2. Lawful, respectful use

Use Poker Sesh for lawful personal recordkeeping and organising your own games. You are responsible for checking the laws that apply to your activities and location. Do not use the service for unlawful gambling, fraud, harassment, impersonation or unauthorised access to another person’s account or records.

3. Accounts and accurate records

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Check session entries and results before relying on them. Statistics depend on the records entered and may need correction; they are not a guarantee of a result or professional advice.

Hosts should obtain a person’s consent before adding their identity or records to a home game. Players and hosts should agree on results and work together to correct mistakes. A player can raise a correction with the host; hosts can use the available session-editing tools. Contact support if an account or record issue cannot be resolved through those tools.

4. Your content and privacy

You retain ownership of the information and content you enter. Your permission to Poker Sesh is limited to storing, processing and displaying that content as needed to provide the service, including showing game records to the relevant participants. It does not transfer ownership of your content.

Only enter information you are entitled to share. Read the Privacy Policy for information about personal data and available requests.

5. Free playing and paid hosting

Playing in a game hosted by someone else is free. Creating and hosting home games requires the Host Plan. When the web checkout offers an eligible 14-day free trial, the current web offer is $9.99 per month after that trial. Existing trial eligibility and the price, currency, billing period and renewal terms shown in your checkout control the purchase you are offered.

An account signup does not purchase a subscription. Subscription consent happens separately in the checkout or store purchase flow. Review the offer before confirming payment, including when charges start and how the subscription renews. App-store pricing and trial offers are those displayed by the store when you purchase.

6. Managing a subscription and requesting a refund

For a web subscription, open Settings → Manage / Cancel Subscription to access the billing portal. Use the cancellation options there and check the confirmation and end date. For a subscription purchased through Apple, use Settings → Manage Subscription in the app or Apple’s subscription management in your device settings.

For questions about a web charge or a refund request, email pokersesh@gmail.com. For an Apple purchase, use Apple’s refund process. A request is considered through the relevant payment provider and applicable law; these terms do not promise a particular refund outcome.

7. Availability and your rights

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, connection problems or errors. Keep a separate copy of records you need, and verify entries when resolving results with other players. These terms do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular level of support.

Nothing in these terms removes consumer protections or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Apple app licence

The Apple standard End User License Agreement is linked separately for the Apple app. These Poker Sesh service terms do not replace that licence.

9. Contact
